Visiting is strictly from 6-8pm and any exceptions must be agreed with the ward matron or nurse in charge.
Numbers are also limited to two visitors per patient, per day to reduce numbers on-site at the hospital.
“If someone is unable to make decisions for themselves, has dementia, is critically ill or nearing the end of their life, we will talk to you and agree the best way to meet your visiting needs,” the statement adds.
