A 12-year-old boy was involved in a collision that saw a busy Chesterfield road closed yesterday.
Derbyshire Police have confirmed that a 12-year-old boy was involved in a collision with a car on Whittington Hill, at the junction with Holland Road, at 3.30pm yesterday.
A Derbyshire Police spokesperson said: “The road was closed due to the incident and reopened at 4.30pm.
