Police are asking for help after the theft of a trailer from Bakewell Showground.

Officers say the theft took place between 5.30pm on September 2 and 6pm on September 6.

Bakewell Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “Did you notice anyone acting suspiciously in the area between the times?

“Anyone with information is asked to contact us quoting reference number 21*519373.

“We would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered a trailer for sale like the one pictured.”

Call police on 101.
