Derbyshire NHS trust chairman leaves role
Mark Todd – who led Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for almost two years – stood down last month ‘following a change in his personal circumstances’.
Richard Gregory has been appointed interim chairman of the organisation.

Hide AdA trust spokesman said: “Mark Todd left his position as chairman on December 8, 2015. This followed a decision taken by Mark after a change in his personal circumstances by taking on a family support role. The trust’s council of governors approved the appointment of Richard Gregory as interim chairman and Richard commenced his post on December 9, 2015.”
The trust’s website states: “We are the leading provider of mental health, learning disabilities and substance misuse services in Derby city and Derbyshire county.
“We also provide a wide range of children’s services.
“We employ more than 2,500 staff based in 100 locations across the whole of Derbyshire.
“Across the county and the city, we serve a combined population of approximately one million people.”

Hide AdThe Derby-based trust hit the headlines last year when a tribunal ruled HR director Helen Marks was unfairly dismissed after it emerged Alan Baines, a former chairman, had sexually harassed her.
The tribunal found Mrs Marks had been harassed after refusing to have sexual relations with him.
The trust is based in Derby.
