Commuters and residents are being warned about the following travel delays and disruptions around Chesterfield and Derbyshire this morning, Tuesday, July 16.

Long delays on Brimington Hill, Chesterfield, near Chesterfield crematorium, after an accident.

A5194 Derbyshire - Burst water main and surface water on A5194 London Road in Derby at the Litchurch Lane junction. Approach with care. Expect delays.

M1 Derbyshire - Heavy traffic on M1 southbound at J29, A617 (Chesterfield).

A38 Derbyshire - Slow traffic on A38 northbound between Palm Court Island and Little Eaton Island.

A52 Derbyshire - Stop-start traffic on A52 Brian Clough Way eastbound between Nottingham in Stapleford and The Qmc Island in Nottingham.

A453 Leicestershire - Heavy traffic on A453 northbound between East Midlands Airport in Kegworth and Silverdale Island in Nottingham. In the roadworks area.

A516 Derbyshire - Slow traffic on A516 Uttoxeter New Road in both directions in Derby between the A5111 Kingsway junction and the A38 junction.

A610 Nottinghamshire - Slow traffic on A610 eastbound in Nottingham between Ikea Island and Nottingham.

A617 Derbyshire - Slow traffic on A617 eastbound in Temple Normanton between the B6425 Hassocky Lane junction and Chesterfield.
