Four vacant properties will be demolished 'in the coming months' so a Chesterfield supermarket can expand.

Lidl has been granted conditional planning permission by Chesterfield Borough Council to knock down two homes on Sheffield Road and two on Avenue Road. The German supermarket giant will then extend its Sheffield Road store and its car park.
